Hampshire College staff access training opportunities through interdepartmental training, led by department heads, and in line with the college's commitment to long-term sustainability on campus and in the community. Offerings vary but sustainability-related training is always available.

Hampshire College participates and encourages employees to attend training opportunities through the Five College Consortium.
