The paper purchasing policy, directive or guidelines:

Yes, we use 30% recycled envirocopy paper. It is made with 30% post consumer recycled content and non-recycled content from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified forests. We are a decentralized purchasing office, therefore, we do not give specific directives in terms of purchasing. We highly recommend to all purchasing the recycled paper and the majority of the community across campus does purchase it.

The purchasing office approves all the office supplies orders made from Office Depot. Internally the purchasing office's policy is to contact the requester to change their purchase to recycled paper.
