The Research and Transfer department has published their Equity and Diversity action plan to address these issues at the research level. The action plan is based on an assesment of the researchers diversity profile, and aims to increase the place for women and people from minority group in research.

The Research and Transfer Equity and Diversity action found that women and people from minority group are underepresented in research chair. The Action plan aims to address these issues and opens the door to a campus wide reflexion that will go beyond the Research and Transfer department.
