Humber College boasts of being a beacon of change among Ontario Colleges and actively implemented and operationalized a Gender Diversity Policy. The Gender Diversity Policy outlines Humber’s position on the responsibilities of the College, students and employees with respect to protecting gender expression and gender identity consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
