While no incentives are offered for faculty to include sustainability in course content, many faculty members have research and teaching interests in sustainability, and accordingly integrate it into their courses without incentives. As noted in the Exemplary Practice section called IN 1 AC Sustainability Course Designation, many of these courses are indicated in the catalog with the leaf symbol.
