The buildings covered under green building guidelines/policies are CougarPlex (gym), Poplar, Arbor and Hickory.

The Board passed a Sustainability Policy that states construction projects will "have the goal of minimizing the environmental footprint of the campus." The Facility Planning & Design department operates under the notion that all construction projects will be designed and built to LEED Silver standards.
