The Department of Diversity is headed by a Vice President that reports to the president. This V.P. also serves as the college's Affirmative Action Officer. The department leads diversity initiatives, operates programs targeting and supporting underrepresented groups, handles complaints and issues of discrimination and equity, and promotes a positive culture and climate as it relates to fairness and awareness.
