A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):

ISU employs a full time environmental safety staff whom monitor IAQ. Complaints can be made to Environmental Safety anytime via email and/or phone.
It has been currently standard practice for the past 10 years to install HVAC systems on direct digital control. This provides more efficient control, better air quality, and also measures CO2 levels. Complaints can be registered through the Facilities Management request for services and the residence life work orders submissions.
