A brief description of the wildlife habitat program, policy, or practice:

The University has completed 3000 linear feet of stream restoration on campus which include the creation of riparian buffers to help improve water quality and promote wildlife habitat. Additionally, in 2011, approximately two acres of the East Campus Hillside were converted from managed turf to a naturalized meadow. The meadow was planted with 29 species of native plants that provide habitat for a variety of birds and butterflies.
