A brief description of the program:

JMU Surplus Property accepts all university-owned items, such as furniture, office supplies, electronics equipment, food service equipment, tools, machines, and classroom tools, for redistribution. The items are transferred to other departments or state agencies. Many items are placed at the surplus warehouse and made available to faculty and staff shopping for items for departmental use and are transferred at no charge.
