Judson's physical campus plan includes the following elements:

: 1) The campus has signed the State of Illinois College and Universities Presidents compact on climate that means all new construction will be LEED certified, 2) The campus masterplan includes a number of maps that identify likely location of stormwater management through rain gardens and bioswales, locations for future PV and green roofs, and rainwater collection locations and volumes for future developement, 3) The masterplan includes an environmental scan of several other institutions campus greening efforts as a comparative matrix against which the Judson masterplan is compared.
