Best Christian Workplace study
HERI Higher Education Reserach Institute Faculty survey

Some of the assessments were last conducted in 2011; others were last conducted in 2010.

All of these assessments include questions related to diversity and equity.

A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

Survey results are analyzed by our Associate Provost for Institutional Research and Program Evaluation. Results are compiled and shared with the campus community in various ways. They are also used by the Administration and the Board of Trustees to drive policy and make quality adjustments to programs.
