Does the institution have a sustainability plan that meets the criteria for this credit?:
Yes

A brief description of how multiple stakeholder groups were involved in developing the plan:

The Kings University's Sustainability Committee which consists of 12 member stakeholders, seeks to guide the university in advancing sustainability practices and initiatives. The committee partnered with our Environmental Studies Students to develop a 3 year plan based on AASHE STARS framework

A brief description of the plan’s measurable goals :

The plan analyses each item of the STARS framework and promotes new initiatives as well. The main thrust of the document is to make efficient use of the STARS framework and looks at items that were missed, that we are already doing. Furthermore the plan assigns a value of 1-3 for each item. A 1 rating can be easily implemented and the goal is to initiate that item or strategy in year one. A 2 rating would be initiated in year 2 and so forth.

A brief description of how progress in meeting the plan’s goals is measured:

The Universities Sustainability Performance Plan's progress is gauged to our performance with the STARs rating system. A summary page outlines possible STARs point values that will be awarded for each year of the plan.
