A brief description of the institution’s programs that help increase the diversity of higher education faculty :
Syed Babar Ali Foundation partners with LUMS in facilitating foreign fellowship participants to join LUMS and work in various capacities such as teaching, administrative roles etc. There is a TA program for students to be formally engaged in academic activities. This program is prescribed primarily by students interested in gaining teaching experience. There is remuneration for the services and this program is subscribed by students from the underrepresented areas.
