Does the institution have a pre-consumer food waste composting program?:
Yes

A brief description of the pre-consumer food waste composting program:

Lakeland (utilizing an outside vendor) has installed two 65 gallon bins in the kitchen to collect all pre-consumer waste from production. The guidelines for waste include any trimmings from vegetables, fruits, meats, and biodegradable products such as paper and cardboard materials. We also can include cooked items that are no longer suitable for consumption. The only restriction is liquids.
