Surveys are compiled and distributed through survey monkey to all full time staff and faculty. Staff and faculty responses are not mandatory.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
Survey results are prepared by a sub-committee (Internal Relations Committee). Final survey results are then presented to the president of the university. Senior administration will review any possible actions that may result from the survey and address them accordingly. The most prominent issues will be referred to the appropriate areas within the University.
An example from 2004 - it was recommended that town hall sessions be held by senior administration, at least twice a year, in order to foster a sense a community and communication which would allow employees the opportunity to ask any questions and receive information on different aspects of the university. This addressed an issues that was brought forward from the survey that employees felt it was important to be able to talk directly to senior administration about aspects within the university.
