Loyalist is not an official member of the Worker Rights Consortium or the Fair Labor Association, our clothing suppliers operate under fair labour practices as demonstrated through their affiliation with the Fair Labor Association or through their use of supplier codes of conduct.

Additionally, fair labour as it relates to apparel purchases is explicitly addressed in the College's procurement policy.

18.5 When sourcing clothing the RFx should ask clothing suppliers to demonstrate their adherence to fair labour and responsible sourcing practices such as those outlined by the Fair Labor Association, by providing their code of conduct or providing evidence of their affiliation with the Fair Labor Association or similar standard setting body for apparel suppliers.
