UnumProvident offers a cost-free, confidential and convenient Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with up to 3 face-to-face counseling sessions per incident that is available to employees and eligible household members. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The work-life-balance employee assistance program--provided at no additional charge through Luther's insurance benefit plan--can help employees find solutions for the everyday challenges of work and home as well as for more serious issues involving emotional and physical well-being.
