Additional salary was given to an employee for developing the Power Plant Management Program. Faculty and staff are allowed to participate in professional development opportunities to help advance the sustainability movement at Madisonville Community College.

For faculty and staff who attend professional development opportunities, such as workshops and conferences related to sustainability, professional development funding is available. Employees are encouraged to share information from these events upon their return.
