The Cultural Diversity committee at MCC consists of Faculty and Staff members that collectively work together to promote diversity. Instead of focusing on one aspect of diversity this committee works to create awareness of the differents sides of diversity included, ethnicity, age, gender, etc.

Throughout the year the Diversity Committee works to plan events for facutly, staff, students and the community to participate in. These activities focus on different aspects of diversity including various Heritage months, Annual Chili Supper, and other Professional Development sessions.
