Surveys were sent to employees assessing their job satisfaction. The surveys included questions about the institution's morale, and employees satisfaction and interaction with supervisors.

The Staff and Faculty Council committees meet with the President to discuss the results of the survey. Afterwards, issues are addressed and possible solutions are discussed to resolve any issues.
