Yes

A brief description of the native plant program, policy, or practice:

Marquette prioritizes the use of native plant species in landscaping and has a Wisconsin Native Tree Collection. The Wisconsin Native Tree Collection was a collaboration between Students for and Environmentally Active Campus (SEAC), the Department of Biological Sciences, and the Office of Public Affairs. The collection features more than 40 trees and shrubs native to southeastern Wisconsin. The goal is to have at least one of each species present on Marquette’s campus. In an effort to reach this goal, native plants are given priority during landscaping projects and tree replacement needs.
