A brief description of the program(s), including positive outcomes during the previous three years (e.g. descriptions of new courses or course content resulting from the program):

The Director of Sustainability has developed training programs for faculty as part of the required May Development week and the Community of Educators day. Additionally, there are opportunities during the semester from the teaching and learning center where the Director provides training opportunities for faculty. This training program provides faculty learn about how to incorporate sustainability related learning outcomes into their courses.


A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:

Faculty can add training to their professional development report that is due at the end of each academic term and is considered in the term-tenure and promotion process.
