The central sustainability website is the gateway to all things sustainability at MCC. The central website lists credit classes, non-credit classes, workshops, transportation options, walking tours, etc.

MCC puts out a Sustainability Annual report. As there was a change in the position, the report has not been completed for the past two years, but will be completed to highlight 2015 sustainability efforts.

As MCC has an arboretum on our Fort Omaha Campus, we have created a walking map of the trees of note within the campus.

This highlights personal stories from staff and faculty that are using alternative methods of transportation as well as some helpful hints. Our Pass to Class document that is handed to students upon receiving their bus pass includes helpful hints on riding the bus such as how to plan your trip, how to hail a bus, how to use the fare box, how to alert the driver of the need to stop, etc.

A brief description of the navigation and educational tools for bicyclists and pedestrians:

MCC has created a map of all the locations with bicycle parking highlighted to make the trip as easy as possible for users. Additionally, the sustainability website has a direct link to continuing education bicycle maintenance and safety classes.
