A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:
MCC Facilities converted its first standard petroleum-fueled vehicle into a clean-fuel compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle in 2011, since then nine additional CNG vehicles have been introduced/converted to the fleet. MCC introduced two completely electric vehicles (Nissan Leafs) in 2015 and installed Level 2 chargers on different campuses for the electric vehicles. In fall 2017, MCC placed 2 dual port Level 2 Chargers on the Fort Omaha Campus for public use. We are continually looking to expand our EV Charging network throughout campuses.

This submission includes the 123 licensed vehicles that MCC has as well as the 32 Gators/Tractors/utility vehicles that MCC operates for the 2017 year. Instructional vehicles were not included in the count.
