A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Each Dining Hall offers meatless options at each meal. Each neighborhood has an vegetarian venue that offers one vegan item daily.
In addition, Culinary Services retail operations have pre-packaged vegetarian options, as well as some prepared Halal options at the Riverwalk Market.
