The Human Resource Department emailed a link to a survey to all faculty and staff in fall of 2015 regarding their satisfaction with the Human Resources function at MSU. Results have not yet been received.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

The HR Department will be comparing the results with the results from the 2013 survey to assess positive or negative change and developing a plan after that point.
