A brief description of the program(s), including positive outcomes during the previous three years:

The Sustainability Coordinator, the Chair of the Sustainability Major, and the University's Faculty Development Coordinator are all working in concert to promote the integration of sustainability concepts into existing curriculum. In addition, MSUM has a Sustainability Working Group made up of faculty who gather regularly to examine and implement ways to incorporate sustainability into thier classes.


A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:

Faculty members may be granted reassigned/release time to improve sustainability in the curriculum. Also faculty members are given professional development funds to attend conferences or workshops dedicated to sustainability in the curriculum.
