Nearly all campus committees on campus have student representation. The Sustainable Campus Committee is comprised of 12 members, 8 of which are students.
Is there at least one student representative on the institution’s governing body who was elected by peers or appointed by a representative student body or organization?:

The Student Senate President, elected by the student body, serves on many high-level governance committees. In addition, 3 members of the Sustainable Campus Initiative Committee represent the MSUM Student Senate, which are also selected by the student body.

All staff at MSUM are part of collective bargaining unit, and each unit appoints staff members to serve on University governance committees.
