Muhlenberg college has an employee assistance or wellness program that provides counseling, referral, and well-being services to employees.
Our Counseling Center provides employee assistance and counseling to our employees as well. Additionally, our health insurance carrier provides counseling services as part of their coverage. We also have an employee assistance program available through our Life and Long Term Disability Insurance carrier, Mutual of Omaha. We have a Wellness program which offers various classes throughout the year, and employees can attend as many wellness classes as they wish for a $10 annual participant fee. We also bring wellness programs to campus (such as Weight Watchers in prior semesters and Highmark's Drop 10 in 10 program this semester) to make participation in these programs convenient for our employees.
