Muhlenberg Dining Services, in conjunction with student interns and EnAct, the Muhlenberg Environmental Action Team, has developed a program to eliminate plastic disposable straws on campus. Disposable straws in one campus outlet have been replaced by paper straws. Resuable mason jars with metal straws are also now sold at Java Joe's coffee outlet.
