A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:

The Administrators Cultural Training Institute (A.C.T.I.) is a cost-free, continuing professional development program, designed for Code 100 Student Affairs administrators at NYU. Launched in Fall 2008, the A.C.T. I. is designed to explore concepts such as diversity, social justice, identity and inclusion particularly as they relate to the work administrators conduct with students and colleagues. Participants gain both insights and practical tools to inform their personal lens, assist efforts to impact institutional, cultural and individual practices.
