As a state institution, we are governed by the Washington State codes and policies that direct the purchasing of goods by state agencies and organizations. The code in question is being updated and delayed due to the second special session called by our state legislature in order to figure out the biennial budget, however it is assumed that the code will be adopted and remain true to the content of the code as it is written currently.
