Does the institution have a sustainability plan that meets the criteria for this credit?:
Yes

A brief description of how multiple stakeholder groups were involved in developing the plan:

On the fortieth anniversary of Earth Day, April 22, 2010, North Seattle Community College held a day long Charrette with students, staff, and faculty to develop the vision of a sustainable campus by the year 2040. The Charrette was part of a campus wide sustainability initiative, which includes:

-American College and University Presidents' Climate Commitment, which NSCC signed in 2008
-STARS: which we are taking part in for the 2nd time, and will again in 2014 or 2015
-Long range campus plan which also accounts for triple bottom line sustainability efforts.

A brief description of the plan’s measurable goals :

While the plan does have measurable goals in terms of participating in the STARS assessment and including all possible stakeholders in our attempt to address sustainability on campus, the measurable goals for sustainability exist within our campus short-term strategic plan, addressed in the PAE-2 credit, namely, upkeeping our bronze rating with STARS while reducing utility costs across campus. The plan suggests and hopes to put into place measurable goals that are developed at the beginning of each respective project as opposed to broader metrics.

A brief description of how progress in meeting the plan’s goals is measured:

The core sections of the plan's objectives are structured similarly to the STARS assessment, so each time we participate in the STARS update, we will be able to see our progress in relation to both our past submissions, as well in relation to our Sustainability Plan.
