After carefully looking over the Technical Handbook definitions regarding section IC-3, we determined the best approach in arriving at the numbers included in the attachment. We referenced IPEDS Fall 2015 information which already mostly accounts for Flagstaff Campus only and we arrived at a good estimate for FTE exclusively in distance education by percentage. The updated numbers increase the weighted campus users some.
