The mission of Nova Scotia Community College is "Building Nova Scotia's economy and quality of life through education and innovation." This Procurement Policy has been established as a means to aid the College in attaining its mission. Obtaining the "best overall value" for the College, while being committed to Ethical and Legislated Procurement Policies and Practices, is of the upmost importance; therefore, it is imperative that Procurement Policy, and respective Procurement Procedures, be adhered to.
