The University last conducted an employee engagement survey in 2014


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

Following the employee satisfaction and engagement survey conducted in 2014, the President and Executive Vice President and Provost created a Campus Climate Task Force with representation from faculty, classified and administrative senates as well as human resources, the union and regional campuses to analyze the results and implications of the survey data. This committee is still active.
