The College pays competitive salary and wages to all employees. Faculty, staff, and administrators are represented by unions that negotiate pay ranges and benefits. All employees and contractors receive at least minimum wage. The human resources department regularly reviews salaries and wages to ensure that this criteria is met and that salaries and wages are competitive. Contractors for construction projects receive prevailing wages as required by law.
