Yes

A brief description of the programs sponsored by the institution to support under-represented groups within the student body:

OSU organizes its support for affinity groups, known at OSU as community and diversity groups, through the OSU Community and Diversity Initiative. Under this umbrella, information is organized about OSU resources like Intercultural Student Services, the OSU Mentoring Program, the Pride Center, Team Liberation and many others. These programs and services are available to every OSU student, faculty and staff member.

Additionally for students, OSU Counseling and Psychological Services provides counseling services free as needed.

One example of financial support is the Diversity Achievement Award. It is a competitive award offered to entering undergraduate freshman and transfer students aimed at building upon the diversity and educational goals of the university. Evaluation of award application and financial need are also factored into selection process.
