A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

OSU has conducted campus climate surveys that include questions about employee satisfaction, employee advancement opportunities and work culture. While the surveys are not mandatory, the response rate is relatively high.

These surveys are set in motion by OSU leadership and conducted by the Office of Equity and Inclusion.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

Findings from the campus climate surveys have and will continue to be used by OSU leadership to make OSU a more welcoming place and provide a more satisfying work experience for all OSU employees.
