Does the institution use non-potable water (e.g., harvested rainwater or graywater) for irrigation and/or other applications?:
Yes

A brief description of the source of non-potable water and how it is used:

In the atrium of Ingram Hall, there is a rain barrel that collects rainwater, and is later used to water the plants in the surrounding areas. There is also a channeling system that takes the rainwater runoff from the balcony of the University Center and keeps the pond at a constant level. The PLU Organic Community Garden also employs two rain barrels that collect water off the room of the greenhouse. The water is the sole source of irrigation during the winter months.
