Facilities staff employ a variety of strategies in order to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources, including: utilizing electric leaf blowers and electric carts, as well as providing electric charging stations for electric vehicles.

While a formal inventory has not been completed, Facilities staff monitors the usage of emergency generators via hours run and fuel source used.

Initiatives to minimize air pollutant emissions from stationary sources include: replacing hot water heaters and boilers with more energy efficient products and upgrading the College's energy management software and field devices to more accurately manage system temperatures.
