Does the institution meter all energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, purchased steam, etc.) for at least one building?:
A brief description of the metering system:
70% of buildings are individually metered for electricity and 63% for natural gas use; the College is currently in the midst of expanding metering throughout campus and all buildings will be individually metered for electricity in Summer 2011 (gas by Summer 2012). All new meters installed will be real-time with internet portals for information sharing and tracking.
