The graduate certificate in Science, Technology, and Environmental policy (STEP) is an interdisciplinary program designed to train graduate students in facilitating conversations between technical experts and policy makers. It provides a systematic introduction to the field of science policy analysis in order for students to develop a deeper understanding of current scientific, technological, and environmental issues and potential local, national, and international responses.
