The college installs only waterless urinals and metered or sensor-driven faucets. Low-flow aerators have been installed. Low-flow toilets/valves were installed in the Arts building, replacing old high water usage toilets. The college installs WaterSense products where feasible.

The college plants only native plants, which require less watering.

The sprinkler system for the athetic field uses a moisture sensor so that the fields are only watered when necessary.

The college detected and fixed major leaks in underground water pipes, which significantly reduced water usage.
