Recycling and Waste Reduction Program Signage
Coroplast posters are hung above waste and recycling bins throughout several College campuses. The signs create a consistent look for the recycling program and provide information on what items can and can't be recycled. Hall It! signs are posted by the door in every classroom to prompt students and staff to discard their waste in the trio bins located in the hallway.
LEED signage
The College's LEED Silver certified Heavy Equipment Transportation Centre has signage located throughout the building to denote its green features (incl. materials selection, water reduction measures, energy efficiency and more).

Red River College encourages its students and staff to choose a more sustainable mode of transportation. A Sustainable Transportation poster is located in a prominent location at the Notre Dame Campus. The poster provides information carpooling, cycling and taking transit.

The Projector is the College's student newspaper. The Sustainability Office contacts the news editor and pitches sustainability-themed story ideas throughout the year. The Projector has published articles on the College's recycling program, Bottled Water Free Day, Earth Hour
