A brief description of the program(s):

RRC administers a 'Program Innovation Fund' (PIF) which serves as a pool of venture capital outside of normal operating budgets to support teaching and learning advancement through innovation and continuous improvement in academics at RRC. Support includes the initiation of some new program, activity or service or the elaboration of those existing to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.

The Sustainability Office and School of Learning Innovation offered a two-day "Greening the Curriculum" workshop for Faculty.


A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:

Faculty are given release time and reimbursement for travel or tuition for developing sustainability courses.
