Yes

A brief description of the program(s), including positive outcomes during the previous three years (e.g. descriptions of new courses or course content resulting from the program):

Departments and Faculty are engaged in on-going reviews of the curriculum and course development/redesign. As new courses are needed, or as new material needs to be added to the curriculum the courses are updated. The updates are viewed by the respective departments, the Academic Affairs Committee and the approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:

The "incentive " is to keep the curriculum current and professional so that our student's are prepared the work they are going to do and the world in which they are going to live. If a major revision is needed in a portion of the curriculum, the administration does make release time for faculty and renumeration available to accomplish that process.
