A brief description of the native plant program, policy, or practice:

All new construction and remodel projects where plant material is specified require low water use plants that are adaptive to the Sonoran Desert conditions. These include Mesquite, Ironwood, and Palo Verde trees, Agaves, cactuses, Ocotillo, sage, and numerous other native species.
