A brief description of the program:
Rio Salado College offers a compressed work schedule that allows employees to work a 40 hour workweek in less than five workdays with varied stipulations. During fall, Spring, and Winter quarters, full-time employee can work four 10-hour days on alternating weeks, instead of five 8-hour days. During the Summer quarter the four 10 hour days are allowed each week. These options are subject to supervisor approval, but are generally accepted.
